The Tennessee STEM Innovation Summit is designed for teachers and administrators from K -12 schools (both public and private) across Tennessee. This year's Summit will be a hybrid event. Attendees will have the opportunity to attend in person or virtually.
Exhibitors will be in-person on Monday, May 9 only. Exhibitor contact information will be made available to all attendees through our conference app. Although we will not have "virtual booths" available this year, both in-person and virtual attendees can contact exhibitors throughout the conference via the conference app.

**If you were an exhibitor in the 2021 Virtual Summit, please contact cooksj@battelle.org for a special discount code for the 2022 Summit. Please note that discount will only apply to the 2022 Summit and is not transferable to a future event.
Silver and Gold Packages and exhibitor-sponsored learning sessions are not available at the 2022 Summit.
The 2022 Summit is 1.5 days, and May 10 will be a half-day session dedicated to our awards ceremony. Because of the level of engagement in this half day session that won’t have the same kind of breaks, we don’t expect that exhibitors would have much time for quality interactions with our attendees on May 10; therefore, we are only exhibiting May 9, and we have cut the cost of exhibitor registration accordingly.
Please note that your exhibitor profile will be on the app for the full two days, so both in-person and virtual attendees can review your exhibitor profile and contact you.
In our conference app, you will create an exhibitor profile that will list the following information:
Virtual attendees will be able to contact your organization through the information listed on your profile. Upon registration you will receive more information on how to create a profile.
Please use this map to choose your preferred location and note the number of your preferred booth location. When you register as an exhibitor, the form will ask you for the number of your preferred booth location. If your preferred booth location has already been selected by another exhibitor, it will not appear. At this point, please select your next preferred booth location. Booth locations are first come, first served. We will do everything we can to honor your selection, but table locations are not guaranteed.
If a registered exhibitor would like to attend learning sessions, please also register as an attendee. Please keep in mind that advertising is not permitted in learning sessions and those who attempt to advertise or sell a product may be ejected from the session.
This is our first hybrid event, so it is difficult to estimate. We are guessing it will be around 300 Tennessee educators in-person, with additional virtual attendees.
Load-in can occur from 4-6 PM Sunday, May 8. However, exhibitors will not have access to the loading dock. More details on load-in will be provided after registration, but we encourage the use of a handcart. In the event that you need to bring in larger items that necessitate the use of a loading dock, please contact us at tsin@battelle.org prior to registration.
No, we are not working with any outside trade show companies. Your exhibit space will contain a table, chairs, and electricity (if opted at registration). If you need anything additional, we ask that you please bring it with you. Due to the layout of the facility, pipe and drape is not provided for exhibitors.
Exhibitors are permitted to sell items (excluding food or beverage) within their exhibit space during the Summit. The Tennessee STEM Innovation Network, Battelle, nor Conference Center are responsible for any losses, liabilities, taxes, licenses, copyrights, or other part of this activity.
Your package allows up to two booth staff per exhibit space.
Parking is available at the Music City Center for a fee. Parking will not be provided by conference organizers.
We recommend that exhibitors park in P1 garage (on 6th Ave.). The load-in entrance outside of the Davidson Ballroom will be directly across from the P1 garage. We recommend bringing a handtruck to transport your materials from the garage to your exhibitor booth. If you have larger items that necessitate the use of a loading dock, please contact us at tsin@battelle.org prior to registration to discuss the details of scheduling loading dock requests.
Registration fees are non-refundable. We regret that refunds will not be given for no-shows or those who fail to upload their required files by the deadline.
Please send any additional questions to tsin@battelle.org.
