Virtual Profile Opportunity

All exhibitors receive the opportunity to build a virtual profile on the conference app as part of your exhibition purchase. This profile will display your company's information, resources, website, contact information, and more for attendees to access both before and after the event. The app will also allow you to engage with attendees through our event game hosted in the app. Please note that your exhibitor profile will be on the app for the full two days, so all attendees can review your exhibitor profile and contact you.

Instructions on how to build your virtual profile will be emailed to exhibitors. All virtual profiles must be built by 11:59 pm CDT, April 22, 2025. After this date, the TSIN Summit team will build a generic profile with your organization’s contact information.

Completing the exhibitor profile is voluntary, but highly encouraged.

Event Game Opportunity

All exhibitors may participate in event gamification as part of your exhibition purchase. Gamification is a process of creating virtual challenges that attendees can complete during the event. This feature allows you to increase your booth’s engagement with attendees. Our last event showed an average game of engagement of one attendee per minute.

Each exhibitor booth will be given a unique code that attendees will be able to enter into their app to earn points in the game. Exhibitors can collaborate with the TSIN Summit team to create tasks specific to your organization that attendees can complete for higher point values, encouraging them to visit your booth. To collaborate on customized gamification, please contact dichiara@battelle.org. All customized gamification requests must be requested by 11:59 pm CDT, April 22, 2025.

Participating in event gamification is voluntary, but highly encouraged. If you do not reach out to the TSIN Summit team for customized event gamification, your booth will still be included in the event game.
